Happy Monday friends!  I hope everyone had a great weekend.  Saturday was my day to myself to celebrate my birthday and it was glorious!  I started the day with a massage then went to the bookstore and had some wine and lunch and took time to browse the store without Leyton fussing at me to wrap things up. Then, I got a pedicure and did some shopping.  It was just what I needed.  It was also a great time for me to snag several items making the must haves list today, so let’s hop to it! Happy Monday friends!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and a great weekend.  Eric is out of town on a golf trip with friends so Leyton and I enjoyed a nice, lazy day (the weather was beautiful) and then headed over to Eric’s parent’s house for Easter dinner.  It was a good time and anything that involves me not having to cook is a win in my book.

RESOLUTIONS UPDATE

Happy Wednesday friends!  It dawned on me yesterday that we more than a quarter of the way into the new year and I thought what better time to check in on how I’m doing with my New Year’s resolutions and in full transparency share with you all how they are going!  I can tell you I have not kept up with several of them as well as I would have hoped, so I’m hoping that by doing this it will hold me accountable to maybe put forth a better effort over the next quarter.  So let’s get to it!  Oh and because it’s boring to just read a blog post with no pictures, I’ve included some recent pictures I love :). A WEEK OFF

Hi friends!  I have been meaning to post this all week, but I just wanted to hop on quick to say that I won’t have any posts this week but I’ll return Monday with Monday Must Haves.

We were out of town last week and it was a amazing and relaxing and provided a much needed break but that means I got a little behind in several areas of my life haha, this definitely being one of them.  Some posts were missed, some I never even attempted, but I decided sometimes you have to give yourself some grace and only do what you can do.

So, I’m using the rest of this week and the weekend to get my butt in gear, and get caught up and I’ll be back here with you next week.  Thanks for your patience!  Have a great rest of the week, and I hope you are enjoying the beautiful Spring like weather like we are here.  Windows open season is my favorite ever!

Happy Monday friends!  And happy April Fool’s Day!  No fooling around here today.
