What do you do for self-care Sunday?.....

It’s more than face masks and bubble baths.
⠀
For me it’s also getting your home set up for success for the week ahead.
⠀
Here are some ideas:
+ Pick up around the the house/tidy
+ Consult your calendar to see what’s ahead for the week and plan accordingly
+ Laundry done and put away
+ Meal plan / make grocery list
+ Button up your emails. Start with a fresh inbox come Monday.

And of course a little mama maintenance in the form of a bath and wine never hurt anyone 😉.

Maybe it’s my awesome procrastination skills but I’m not ready to start my new year, new me until at least the 2nd (or Monday if I’m being honest 😉).

Like many, my new year plans are always to live healthier, which includes cutting the toxins where I can, when I can.

We are surrounded by so many harmful ingredients in our every day life.

One of the biggest offenders is our household cleaners 😳. But, not to worry because it’s also one of the easiest to improve!
